About the Mom of Blonds

I'm Jennie, the wife to a devoted, hard-working husband, the mother to three amazingly beautiful, yet challenging, towhead boys (hence the blog title), and the "mommy" to one very lovable and irritating puppy. We live in a little mining town in Arizona and sometimes feel cut off from society. One day, we hope to get back to our hometowns in Colorado, or at least out of the desert.

I'm a SAHM and when I'm not pulling my hair out or feeling like the walking dead, writing is my greatest passion. And though I hope to make that into a semi-living someday, it's not what drives me to write novels. It's purely my obsessive addiction love of the craft.

I originally started this blog back in 2007 as a way to keep in touch with friends and family when we moved away, but took it in another direction a few months ago. Though I still use this blog for updates on the crazy kiddos, I now use it as a tool to sharpen my writing and keep me at the top of my game, thanks to writing prompts and linkies.
